The staff were always attentive, offering assistance whenever needed, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A better vacation for senior people could be enhanced with the availability of handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms for added safety and support.

Saw barking deer and acrobatic rock squirrel, felt like watching Animal Planet. Sri Lanka Jungle Fowl's fiery colors impressed, but its squawks were deafening. Clay pot dishes were a tasty adventure.

I mean, who wants to wake up to the sound of beautiful birds and take a leisurely stroll in a stunning garden? Not me.

I chose Sunnyside Holiday Bungalow because I wanted to visit the Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, which was located nearby. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered a free shuttle service for guests. This made it convenient for me to explore other landmarks in the area. the dinner cooked in clay pots over a wooden fire was a delightful culinary experience.

No scenic view during breakfast. But overall, nothing to complain about.

The value for our money at Sunnyside was excellent, with a nice and clean room provided. The location was peaceful and just a short walk from town, and the hosts treated us with warmth and hospitality throughout our stay.

My family and I recently stayed at the charming Sunnyside Homestay in Ella for two nights. The heritage feel of the bungalow was truly special, with its 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Cynthia, our exceptional host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even prepared delicious Indian dishes for us. The food was a perfect 10/10, the rooms were fantastic , and Cynthia's hospitality was outstanding. The beautiful garden and nearby tennis court added to the overall delightful experience. The location, just 500m away from the town's hustle and bustle, provided a peaceful retreat.
